Excellent use of primary colours (and blending them into the brown shirt to focus the picture - I like the sense that the balloon colours have mixed into the central figure).
The expression is just right - realization turning into distress and the way you have one set of balloons (the ones he's looking towards) blocking out the Sun is right on target as well!
A very strong composition and use of shapes and colours.

Very nice...I love the colors. I had thought of balloons, but could not form and idea that satisified me. Your's is great.
